Is it time for Pete Carroll to hit the road?

What should the Seahawks do with Pete Carroll?

Fire Pete Carroll, game 1 was a disgrace.

But will ownership ever fire Pete?

Not that I'd want Jerry Jones, but he would have fired Pete (no?)
Jones had a long leash with Garrett. 9 seasons he never won a Divisional playoff game and only 3 times in the playoffs.

No Jody is not firing Pete. There is a lot more in play than coaching. Believe she relies on him to run the franchise, that goes back to stories of the power he yields before they traded RW. My opinion is Pete's exit will more or less coincide with Jody selling the team

you guys are fucking ridiculous. Fire Pete! after one bad game. Not even one bad game, one HALF of one game.

If they play the whole season like they did the second half (they won't), then this is a discussion worth having.

After game 1? FUCKING STUPID.

You go back, like RW's best season, they would win second halfs. I remember feeling that was Pete's thing, the halftime adjustment. It's discouraging to have it happen to him

Glimmer of hope. Game 1 2021 the Packers lost to the Saints 38-3 and then won their next 7 in a row and won a division title with a 13-4 record.

Glimmer of hope looking pretty good right now.

Still can't believe most of the respondents would consider firing Carroll during the season. Most successful coach this team has had. That's what classless organizations do.

What posts in here did you read that lead you to believe “most” wanted him fired?

The respondents to the poll were 8-2 for at least considering firing him mid-season.

Oh, that does surprise me. I guess I should have looked at the poll. I read the responses and felt they all seemed in line with what I thought would happen. Nothing, since there is no way they will fire him, mid season or the end of the season...nor should they.

Full disclosure, I don't read "it's too early to tell" as someone thinking he should be fired mid season either.
