I've already commented on this somewhere, but makes me sick. Most of the aasholes treating this like a retirement party were a part of the downward spiral that ended up costing Pete his job. Fuckers love him now? What a bunch of bullshit. I had my issues with Pete, but this assholes are two faced Russ? Fuck you. 100%. I didn't say this wasn't a good look for Pete. It really is, it just disgusts me that these hypocrites are there celebrating like this was a retirement, and not a firing that they all had a hand in. If their petty BS hasn't destroyed a dynasty? Pete probably has a ring or two more and likely would have left on his own accord earlier.

Totally agree. I find it admirable when humans rise above the fray and forgive. That shows maturity and a greater understanding of life. I'm glad to see Wilson show up, despite all the turmoil, for Carroll on his last hurrah. On his last appearance on brock and salk Carroll mentions that, at the end of the night, he, wilson and sherman were all standing at the door to leave and one of them says 'hey, i guess this is all it took to get us (sherman and wilson) speaking to each other again!" That's what it's all about - they are still a brotherhood - and that's what will be missed most about Carroll. The great uniter.

Another great story from that show - all the CB's were hanging out in a group - Angry Doug Baldwin tells 'em "none of y'all could cover me. I'm wide open right now!" Priceless.
