31 years old seems to be a little long in the tooth.

Yeah I was curious about that and if his numbers are trending down. Does anyone know anything about his specifically? I don't.

The Seahawks are already at 53 players so an accompanying roster move will need to be made to get RRH on board. This is a surprising move given he’s more known as an interior pass rusher than run stopper, although he should provide help in both areas. The majority of his career snaps (including this season) have been for pass rushing purposes. Unless Byron Murphy II has had a setback we don’t know about, this may speak more to the dissatisfaction with some of the other interior DL lower on the depth chart. Dre’Mont Jones’ repeated lackluster showings as a tweener EDGE/interior DL may also result in a change in how he’s used.

Excuse me if I am not ecstatic about the Hawks panic/rosterbation.

Hankins has been terrible (according to PFF) and Cameron Young will apparently never be healthy enough to suit up. So with Murphy out and undersized MLBs this team is weak up the middle against the run.

Man, John has missed on a lot of interior dline lately. Young, Bradford, Olu, Haynes, on and on.

Ends have been fine. Hall, Boye, Cross. But, bad interior. Murphy looks to be good when playing.

Bradford and Young were taken in the 4th round, Olu in the 5th. You can't expect a whole lot from them.

It seems you really can get better talent in the earlier rounds (shocker).
