Seems the Lions can't change their history....and Goff is still Goff. I sure didn't see this coming though...but kind of funny that the dagger was when the Commanders went for it in 4th down and the Lions blew it when the WR threw a pick in a double reverse.

2 coaches living and dying by it. Personally? It's not for me. I don't like punting and settling, but these guys don't even need Painters or Kickers on the roster!

I'd rather lose a second round playoff game than have ten wins and stay home. One team needs help to get over the hump, and had a middle of the road draft pick. The other actually had some bad luck to not advance, and ends up with a better pick that they should have.

I get what you are saying about right at this moment. But this is one night. It's no Super Bowl XL, it's not second and goal. I'd rather be a Lion fan right now.

The missed field goal by the Texans is downright hysterical. You're in the playoffs, down 23-12, it's 4th and 14 so you decide to settle for a field goal because, hey, we're going to lose anyway so we may as well lose by 3 fewer points, and field goals are easy.

But it ends up being blocked, so you walk away with no points. Just pathetic.

I used to have that sort of hatred for Brady and the Patriots. I'm not sure if I just find the Chiefs and Mahomes
more likable or I've mellowed in my older age.

I don't hate the Chiefs. Historically, I love the Chiefs. I think Arrowhead Stadium is iconic. And I like Andy Reid.

But as of late? The Mahomes' ass-kissing is off the chart. Which makes me less of an NFL fan. It used to be about football, now it's all about overexposure and whoring of the game.
