I do this about 10 times a day.
This is probably about as good as I have ever done. Guys falling all over the place.

TE in the first round never excites me. Is he supposed to be a pro bowler or what?Captain 97 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 27, 2025 5:33 pmI do this about 10 times a day.

Re: Thread for draft simulations:
He is projected as a year 1 starter. So if we took him with our new emphasis on running the ball he would probably have 27 catches for 257 yards.Donn Beach wrote: ↑Thu Mar 27, 2025 5:49 pmJets are supposedly interested in him at seven

Re: Thread for draft simulations:
The answer is yes, but it won't happen here. We'll spend the entire off season focusing on his pass protection since our O Line is getting destroyed.D-train wrote: ↑Thu Mar 27, 2025 5:37 pmTE in the first round never excites me. Exactly. He had a great season last year but his Jr year he had a season similar to what I projected for him in the NFL.Michael K. wrote: ↑Thu Mar 27, 2025 6:12 pmThe answer is yes, but it won't happen here. He's a guy that agrees he has to go Oline with three scenarios that kinda match yoursSibelius Hindemith wrote: ↑Wed Mar 26, 2025 7:38 amWell, to be more precise, if there were the following options to bet on:
1. trade back into late 1st round & draft a guard
2. pick a non-guard at 18
3. trade back into 2nd round
...i would go with option 1, although it is still below 50% likelihood of happening.

I go number three option, JS goes defensive line with the 18th pick pushing Seahawks fans over the edge, trades up day two and drafts Tate Rutledge, that has JS written all over it.
Everybody blamed Pete for the infatuation with the defense when it was JS all along

Re: Thread for draft simulations:
These seem to be the top OG prospects (with their draft rankings on Draftbuzz and Drafttek) they can most easily get and probably could trade back well into the 2nd round and still get one...
Grey Zabel (33, 29)
Tyler Booker (38, 33)
Josh Conerly (36, 37)
Wyatt Milum (35, 53)
Jonah Savaiinaea (45, 46)
Then, in the next tier (according to the two above sites) you have...
Marcus Mbow (50, 77)
Donovan Jackson (64, 64)
Tate Ratledge (70, 82)
So if JS traded back to, say, 40 and none of those top 5 is still there, he can draft a different position and use the 50 or 52 to take one of those latter three.

Here is how the PFF simulator has those guys rated.Sibelius Hindemith wrote: ↑Fri Mar 28, 2025 4:05 pmThese seem to be the top OG prospects (with their draft rankings on Draftbuzz and Drafttek) they can most easily get and probably could trade back well into the 2nd round and still get one...

Booker 22
Zabel 30
Jackson 36
Connerly 46
Savaiinaea 49
Millum 50
Mbow 59
Ratledge 61
Seems like there isn't much consensus. If PFF is closer, most of those guys could be gone by Pick 50.
