Pete Carroll's face when the last second field goal was blocked LOL...

I mean, why did it matter so much to him?
Same reason I was thrilled with 16 to 3, and pissed that their scrubs were better than ours. I'm not even happy that he came here and tied. Maybe one day I'll root for him. Can't do it right now...which is weird because we fired him, he didn't leave.
I don't do fantasy football. I'm laser-focused on the Seahawks. But, I usually do have several teams I root for if they
aren't playing the Seahawks. Last year I would root for Russ and the Steelers, for example. I rooted against Russ and
Denver, for example.

I would root for Pete and the Raiders if Geno weren't their QB. I don't like Geno. If Geno goes down, I will root for Pete.
I’m sure one day I’ll get over misuses with Pete. Again, he didn’t leave us. Sark and Slick Rick will always be on my hate list, and DeBoer is probably even worse. Though I think with DeBoer? It was more the landscape of college football now. How do you say no to Bama when the PAC was dissolving? Still? I love watching him squirm because his ego took him somewhere that a two loss season becomes an epic fail!

Wasn't this basically the predominant expression on Pete Carroll's face from 2015 through 2023?

Guess he could be more than depth, changed his position
Jamal Adams brought All-Pro energy in his Raiders debut. He made multiple tackles early in the game and performed like the pre-injury player who was once a Pro Bowler with the New York Jets and Seahawks.

Whether it was the adrenaline of returning from injuries or facing his former team, Adams looked rejuvenated last Thursday.

At the beginning of training camp, Carroll told reporters that Adams would transition from safety to linebacker.

lol, yup, we saw that way too many times as the clock ran out in the fourth quarter of close games -- not to mention a certain Super Bowl that shall remain nameless.

“Shove the rock and then a couple play-actions mixed in there? Dude, that’s a receiver’s dream,” Bobo said via The Athletic's Michael-Shawn Dugar. “Going in and digging out safeties and then having them bite on the run and just running by them, it’s a lot of fun. Honestly, we’re just dipping our toe in the water — we gota lot more where that came from.”

Good point Donn. Several guys turned down BAMA. Probably smart since you don't want to be the guy that replaces the guy. You want to be the guy who replaces the guy who replaces the guy.

Still, the guys that said no were in more of a position to say no that DeBoer, IMO. Didn't help that DeBoer basically did zero recruiting that year. He knew the Dawgs would probably struggle.

what's irritating for me is how it seems to put Oregon above the UW, Lanning doesn't see Alabama as a destination job and DeBoer can't pack his bags fast enough. Its like the worst combination of events. Lanning with his nose in the air, Deboer looking like a whore
