That's pretty good, I don't think they draft a guard. But I guess they could need one in the system as much as a RB. Even if they aren't looking for a Bradford replacement.

The draft app lists the team needs as EDGE, RB, OG, OC, CB
in that order and that plays into their grades along with the overall prospect rankings. I would put Edge and CB as the top two needs followed by OG, RB and S.

OK, I don't know about ranking them but yeah, they aren't going to list NT as a need. That's going to be a function of how MM envisions his defense.Sibelius Hindemith wrote: ↑Thu Apr 09, 2026 2:34 pmThe draft app lists the team needs as EDGE, RB, OG, OC, CB

I don't see it as ranking need as much as where JS thinks he can find a guy. Whoever they take first doesn't mean it was the biggest need but it was the best spot to fill the need. It turn more on the relative depth of the draft than biggest need

Looks like Edge is the most talented position group this year.

OK, and the thinnest is RB. Price is an interesting target but I think they wait until day two for a RB. I think they wait until day two period to choose. Of course that takes cooperation. For all the talk about JS liking to trade down he hasn't managed it since 2019.
OK, this is my prediction... Seahawks trade pick 32 to Steelers for pick 53 and 76, Steelers use it on Ty Simpson. The only problem is NE probably sends 31 to Arizona for that purpose. Now figure out who they use the 53rd pick on

I would probably stay at 32 and take the BAP at Edge or CB. Or, drop back but no more than 10 spots and try to add a day 2 pick.

Price isn't going day one anyway, so if they take a RB on day 2 he is most likely going to be available. I don't really know that I want them taking Price on day two though.Donn Beach wrote: ↑Fri Apr 10, 2026 5:17 amOK, and the thinnest is RB. I'm looking at 32 pick basically as a day two pick. If they want him do they wait until the 64th pick? They can't trade up. I have a hard time seeing them using it on a RB but still. I think Price might grade higher than his numbers indicate. Yeah, my guess other than trading down would probably be a CB. But there are more CBs available. So as I understand it the CBs are generally height challenged, they all are more nickle backs. How does that fit with the Seahawks needs? They are more set at nickle aren't they?

Hopefully Mike Washington is there at 64.
