Like you say, there are many other calls and time management decisions by Carroll that have been way more head scratching than a 4% FG choice. I think he's starting to show his age in a lot of ways, and he and Schneider whiffing so frequently on high draft choices is probably the most concerning to me.
Schneider isn't as smart as everyone thinks he is, and Carroll is getting long in the tooth.
Might be time for a regime change in the next 2 years.
