There's an opportunity for a perfect storm of sorts. If the Hawks can some how win the Division and earn a bye, they can return Diggs and Brown and rest up a bit.

Having Clowney and Ziggy on the edges looks fantastic on paper. It's a wonder why they haven't done better this season. But now is the time to shine. We need another dominate DL performance to beat the 49ers.

The offense belongs to Wilson. Adding Beast doesn't change that, but it does change the focus. Beast now becomes a good diversion for making plays downfield. Wilson has been able to do that all season until as of late. He just hasn't had the time to find receivers. Beast should allow us to keep the play action passing game rolling.

The odds of the Bye seem pretty slim now. We would need BOTH New Orleans and Green Bay to lose, is what I think I heard last night. But it was kind of confusing.

They get a bye if they win Sunday

No, we don't. We are a game behind both New Orleans and Green Bay. Beating the 49ers doesn't move us ahead of them if they don't lose.

You're right. They need a Packer loss.

Or a loss by them both.

It probably comes down to if Penny and Carson look like they are going to fully recover. I remember Bo Jackson's big run got caught from behind barely and he didn't look that hurt but never was near the same again. STrange 3 weeks ago we had Penny and Carson looking golden, now reboot the beast and turbo.

draft for talent in OL, DL, OL, DL, OL, DL. then after that look for some linemen.

I guess we are taking an OT in the first round.

Strong OL draft. Better T than this dude IMO. I like other posters idea of drafting Tyler Biadasz... He was born to be a Seahawk. A Wisconsin C for our Wisconsin QB.
