Gordon should play for the Mariners now that his Seahawk days are over. They could use a guy that gets nine strikes before he's out.

Josh Gordon... loser.
Misguided? Yes. Loser? No.

Drug addiction is a disease just like cancer or any other disease. Yes, the individual makes the choice to start. However, once addiction gets its claws into you it is almost impossible to get away from it.
As you say, Gordon made the choice to start, but only losers make it repeatedly. Until he starts making better choices, nothing is going to change for him.

As I said, my guess is he missed a test, an appointment with a therapist or some form of treatment. Or, the NFL, being the hypocrite they are, moved weed off the banned list but told Gordon that terms of his return were he doesn’t use?

who knows...to me "not satisfying" would not be the same as breaking the terms of his reinstatement, missing a piss test to me would be breaking them...
Per source, Josh Gordon and the Seahawks were notified today that he has not satisfied all terms of his conditional reinstatement. He may attend team meetings and individual workouts but he is ineligible at this time to participate in practices or games.
if he had missed a piss test what would he have to be frustrated over?...I think its more subtle than that...
Seattle Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said Wednesday wide receiver Josh Gordon is “very frustrated” with the news Tuesday he had not satisfied all the terms of his conditional reinstatement, making him ineligible to play Sunday against the LA Rams.
sounds to me like they are moving the goal posts back

Should we assume it was something he did or failed to do this past week, because i don't. I doubt he would be "very frustrated" about it unless it was some small thing from weeks or months ago that he could have corrected then if he had been notified. Still, it is ultimately his fault for either not being attentive to the requirements or, if he didn't understand them, having someone (like his agent) make sure he did.
