Wow, fascinating case study of the human memory. You didn't remember 2 games from 2011 but you remembered 80 from the 80s.
It's remarkable how things make such a lasting impression on a young mind. I can name more players from the 80's Sonics teams that I can from the 2000's teams. Or perhaps I had early onset dementia starting sometime in the late 90's. Or just drank too much.

Its like the half live of a drug or how much the memory impacted your vision of the future. Like 2014. I honestly can't tell you a thing about that year but in 1978 some kid pooped in the pool at the Lynnwood Pool rec center and as we were driving into the parking lot and all the cars were pulling out my Mom asked why everyone was leaving and some guy said a kid defeficated in the pool. My Mom turned to me and asked "what does deficate mean? I said just keep driving. LOL
