Geno's has to go!!!
Probably with us tying it up in the last minute is it probably means he won't get benched. Yet we still lose. a Lose Lose situation.
The way I see it, he will be with us another 2 years....
2025 draft, well get a QB
2026 season, Geno will start, but the new QB should get some reps and learn the system
I think Howell will get a shot at some point to see if they need to draft a QB.

The passing game hasn't been as near innovative as it was at UW.
I wish they'd go to more of a spread to be honest.
I felt like today - at times - it was Grubb saying "you want me to run it more, huh, watch this and fuck you."

IMO, they have no intention of even trying Howell. An injury to Geno is the only way we will see Sam.

Not sure they would flush significant draft capital for an injury only BU QB.

Second year in a row, different staff, but it just seems like when they run the ball it is pretty imaginative. Especially with K9.

Just irritating that the Lambs didn't deserve to win and the Hawks literally handed it to them. Everyone on defense should have dove on their receiver after the winning TD. What are they going to do, assess a 15-yard unnecessary roughness penalty on the ensuing kickoff?

Geno is not the future. Not now, not ever.

Terms of Geno there is that, not mention the 59% pressure rate. If you had Geno behind a halfway decent line they might be winning games.
The fact that Smith completed 21 of 34 passes for 364 yards and 3 TDs gets lost in a reactive maelstrom focused on his interceptions— all three of which are easily excusable. Add in the plays brought back by penalties and Smith could easily have had close to 500 yards passing
Speaking of offensive lines, Field Gulls taking JS to task
They even bring up the turnaround the commanders managed with their line

Guys get overdrafted at [the guard] position and, in my opinion, they get overpaid,” John Schneider said on March 14.

No kidding, John. I can certainly think of one overpay at the guard position...

The O-line being shit doesn't give Gino a free pass to throw picks on first down on goal to go in a tied game. Then follow that up with a pick
at the five yard line. The defense came to play yesterday. The defense wasn't perfect, but they did their thing. We should win a game like that
and would have without the horrendous picks.

Young is hitting him as he releases the ball, but it's all on Smith, the offensive line had nothing to do with the pick, okay
