49ers D is first in yards given up per play and we are 30th. This is probably Sherm's favorite stat.

That's a bold statement. If you think the Hawks have good players amd the coaching is holding them back you should be able to say specifically what the coaches are doing wrong and what they should be doing. Make adjustments isn't good enough . That is vague as hell.
