So true. And we thought all that would change when Bevell left.auroraave wrote: ↑Wed Oct 30, 2019 5:22 pm2. Seattle gets the ball, promptly goes three and out. Seattle burns a time out on second and nine because they somehow can't get a play called in time, because somehow, they have never been in a second and nine situation before. Dickson punts, to Carroll's delight.

Hawks win 24-21
While they will get the win, they'll let yet another shit team hang around. No killer instinct. Carroll is soft.

Not sure about the win, but I agree with everything else.Logainismyhero wrote: ↑Wed Oct 30, 2019 7:49 pmHawks win 24-21

Re: Tampa Bay
Howard has potential, but they haven't really figured out how to us him under Arians. Godwin and Evans on the other hand? I too am a bit worried, but mostly just because of the way we always seem to stink when the other team has nothing to lose...and appears over matched.
Re: Tampa Bay
Yeah, I'm worried. Arians proves by beating the Rams he's dangerous against his old rivals. Plus we have trouble with TB anyway.D-train wrote: ↑Wed Oct 30, 2019 5:49 pmNot to mention they beat the Rams by 15 in LA.ThePro wrote: ↑Wed Oct 30, 2019 5:45 pmOn the serious side with the lack of pass rush, inconsistent secondary play, Tampa's ability to shut down the run, Mike Evans and OJ Howard can destroy Hawks defense, Arians success rate up here ( He's already talking shit) and Ndamukong Suh... This game is not looking too good for the Home team.
If the weather forecast goes from 10% chance to predictions of windy rain, I'm really going to be worried.

Here's an article about the first matchup with our expansion brethren in 1976. 39 flags thrown! https://www.si.com/nfl/2016/11/22/seaha ... fl-history

Re: Tampa Bay
After reading this thread, I have to think that the Seahawks will pick off three passes, run the ball down their throats and win 35-17.

Re: Tampa Bay
Running the ball would be Pete Carroll's moronic thinking. T.B is the #1 rushing defense in the NFL and one of the worst against the pass. If Pete chooses not to open it up and throw early and often, I'm going to be majorly pissed off. If it's another of those games where Seattle goes three and out the first 4 out of 5 series attempting to run instead of pass, I'm going to throw my T.V. out the effing window.Oso Dorado wrote: ↑Thu Oct 31, 2019 6:08 pmAfter reading this thread, I have to think that the Seahawks will pick off three passes, run the ball down their throats and win 35-17.
