Can any of you football gurus tell me what is the difference between how KC's operates on offense and how the Seahawks do? The quarterbacks have basically the same skill set, don't they? Carson is as good as any RB they have. I would assume their offensive line is considerably better though, and that allows them to function at a higher level all around. But in terms of play-calling, what is the difference?

The Chiefs run tempo and spread the field. The Seahawks turn every first and ling into a second and long and refuse to run tempo until down huge.

I can't believe that these two teams entered the day at 14-3 on the season. The Packers are an "OK" team and it is a shame Seattle slewed the 1st half away.

They need to beef up the line but to say "Our Backs" didn't have any success. 34 yo Marshawn Lynch and Travis Homer are not our backs.

Well, they were our backs in that game and I think it's fair to question Carroll and Schneider for not bringing in a RB that was more game-ready. They decided to go with the feel-good move rather than common sense. There were better RB's available.

Heart and experience are great but when you are so slow you can't cut and go outside the tackles it isn't enough. They would have been better off giving the bulk of carries to Homer and using ML only in short yardage situations. JMO.

Goal Line and short yardage would have been ideal. I mean, the guy had not played a game in over a season when he first put on a uniform...so it was understandable. Hearing that they knew they could only run inside the tackles with him, yet still gave him all the first half carries against Green Bay was strange, IMO.
