This has us taking JPJ a G from the Ducks...

Isn't he a center, or does he project as a guard in the League?
Read. The truth will set you free.
Truth or just some guy's opinion? Any of the top centers could probably play guard at a decent level. Based on what i've read, which isn't much really, I think JPJ is probably a better center than anyone else but less versatile than guys like Fautanu and Barton.

And then there was James Carpenter. Never seen better form while blocking invisible defenders.

I once spent hours testing each player one at a time then took a black marker to note which direction they moved. I think set them up for a play based on that and they ALL went in a different direction that the did during the test phase of the project! lol

Sounds about right. Kids these days have no idea the pain we went through!

Who would you guys take here. Zinter or Murphy. Zinter for me. G is a bigger need than DT as long as they are about equal in terms of BPA. Guessing the are about equal since one expert took one and one took the other.

https://www.fieldgulls.com/2024/4/15/24 ... y-nfl-news
if not mistaken, Zinter way farther down the board because of injury, no? Had heard that before that he was considered a first round talent though.
But the scouting report i read says his mobility is a weakness and he struggles if asked to pull - that is NOT a fit in the Grubb and Huff offense, as opposed to several other guys who are (Barton, Fautanu, JPJ, Haynes, Mahogany, Puni, McCormick, Beebe, Coleman, Rosengarten, Amenidje).

as for murphy, would want to trade down, not thrilled with stick and pick him at 16.

Lewis got massively overpaid by a dumb franchise.. Hopefully John won't use this as an excuse to not focus on O line in the draft.
You really think John is that stupid?
Um, well

I saw that.
I shuddered.
Penny is always broken, an NFL Humpty Dumpty.
