More often than not. I do agree with Bill on the first half versus second half though. Still, I used to get so mad when it's late in the half or the game, and we have no timeouts and it screws us, and we are out of timeouts for dumb reasons like stupid challenges or worst yet, a timeout because we can't break the huddle in time. That said....Denver had a hard time with that recently. We seemed to get better at it. Odd.
