You know what will happen this draft (like many others before). Schneider and Carroll with get cute, trade down, act like they know more than everyone else.....draft a bunch of guys at positions other than OL and we'll be stuck with the same garbage we have had since the Super Bowl years.

If they don't draft at least 2 or 3 OL this year, then it's confirmed that they're idiots parading around like they're geniuses.

I like Nick Harris but 6'1" under 300 . I know he's a Center . Only 2 inches shorter than the best prospect but I don't want a player like that . Possible Joey Hunt all over again.
Interesting. Thanks.
Helluva player though. There are 3 or 4 guys I would prefer but hell yeah I think he's an upgrade over what we got.

There's this crappy guy too...

6'5" 315.. Kinda reminds me of Unger.

If Hawks pass on Biadasz ( might go high after combine) I'm done. That might be unforgivable. Been watching him past two seasons. He's exactly what that line needs .
I'm a Husky but I am the last guy that would want to draft a Husky unless they are BPA. Here is 18 minutes of your guy. Harris listed at #2 center.

Man, we have sure passed on some difference makers at these positions in past drafts. I sure hope you get your wish. The more I read about this guy the more he seems like the right fit. Then, I remember the last time we drafted a Center in the 1st round and I think I am still wondering why Chris Spencer was mediocre at best!

Trading down hasn't always been a major issue, because often times when we actually use those picks we get Collier, McDowell, C Mike or a good player at a position we don't need (Rashaad Penny?). To me, when they trade down and some of these studs like Ramcyke and Cam Robinson are drafted it sucks, but I am also left to wonder....what makes me believe we would have used the pick on those guys anyway? The first two days of the draft we seem to reserve for trading back or taking guys that make the entire football world say "who?".

Nice strawman. But you are going to sit here and debate that the first couple of days of the draft have been lucrative for Seattle?

i didn't see anything in Xmans deal about what days he was talking about..they are willing to trade up, I thought DK was a decent pick in the second day, not debating a stawman, if he wants to think they are morons, its fine with me

To me its either Biadiasz or Cesar Ruiz out of Michigan. Voted best pure pass blocker by PFF college. 3 year starter too. Still Big Ten. OL not a huge priority but they have to address RT & Center.

I think O line is a huge priority. Not as dire as D line but damn important. They cannot fix what ails them in the draft defensively. Another Collier isn't going to solve pass rush deficiencies. Hawks need to big time players in FA.

Now what will be disappointing is if they don't take advantage of this drafts strength. Biadasz would be ideal. Ruiz is outstanding too. But therre6are about 4 or 5 more Centers that would be an upgrade for the Hawks. Tackle is even deeper.

You said "bunch of idiots" when not one person had called them idiots....or morons for that matter. That is my point. Someone points out a mistake and there are three people in here freaking out because their Hawk is bigger. Jesus....they have fucked up several times in the draft, and most often it is in the first couple of days, were most teams are trying to hit it big with a star and we seem to draft guys that aren't ready for the NFL yet.
