Almost impossible to make apples to apples comparisons. So many factors involved including skill, experience, education and intangibles.
Claiming a gender gap in pay of 20% implies that companies have open positions and if a man gets the job they offer $100k and if a woman gets the job they only offer her $80k. Absurd.
