It’s BS they were shocked that a guy ranked 60 was available at 27. Seriously, we are the only team that did that!

I guess it is the repeated success with early round picks that has you believing it was a good decision? Sorry, when it comes to the first and sometimes second round, JS should probably start agreeing with guys like me, because he looks like a dumb ass.Donn Beach wrote: ↑Fri Apr 24, 2020 3:18 pmyeah, well i understand you don't like the pick, i think its a reach to expect JS to agree with you
you talking to me?...it isn't wasn't laid out that simply, its immediate need, its future need, its depth at various positions in the draft. Its function of all three, they seem to make it clear this was more a "best player available" pick, they were not particularly concerned with filling an immediate need.Sibelius Hindemith wrote: ↑Fri Apr 24, 2020 3:36 pmDidn't you post an article a week or so ago that described Schneider's approach as putting significant weight on how much need they had at each position. They have virtually no need for a Wagner prototype MLB so he must believe this guy wasn't just the best player available, but also way better than available players at positions that the Seahawks are actually hurting at. Schneider is alone on an island (along with his fan club of man-crushers) with that analysis.
BS. If it was such a great pick at 27 why was he trying to trade down?Donn Beach wrote: ↑Fri Apr 24, 2020 3:42 pmyou talking to me?...it isn't wasn't laid out that simply, its immediate need, its future need, its depth at various positions in the draft.
