Jody isnt the owner, she is the executor, her duty is to sell the team, the ultimate sale has to be part of what is being considered. Its like a remodel when you are going to be selling anyway, Its not considered practical. They changed coaches, but | could see leaving the FO alone. Exactly, the new owner can do what ever the fuck they want, so extending John Schneider matters not at all to if they do or don't sell the team. Again, you are talking circles so you can remain completely unopinionated and not be called out. It was a fucking mistake to extend a guy who has seen over the regression of this team. I didn't say fire him, I didn't force him out...I didn't say any of that shit. But he didn't deserve an extension.

He was a bright young executive that had never been a GM before he got here. There are plenty of successful franchises out there right now that may have the next bright young mind...but we'll never know because our fear of change forces us to accept just missing the playoffs.
