Pentix works out with Geno
He's a great guy that works extremely hard," Penix said of being an understudy to Smith. "I could tell that everybody on that team gravitates around him and trusts him as their leader, so that'd be cool."

I just read the entire article in the Times about Penix at the Combine. Good stuff.

Seems like a good fun guy. Don't see us picking a RB again though.

If we're interested at drafting more of a developmental QB, Joe Milton certainly ticks a lot of the boxes.

I always get him confused with the Alabama QB who is better?

btw why doesn't the NFL expand to Alabama. Seems like there are more real football fans than Vegas.

Alabama population is 5 million. Nevada is only 3 million.

Different players. Kid from Bama isn't much of a thrower, while Milton can spin it. I can't see Milroe being a serious NFL prospect w. his current game, has to get way more refined as a passer.

Milton is raw but he's basically what you have in Anthony Richardson, just older. Big hit on Milton is that he played in a one-read offense and hasn't done much to dissect defenses.
