Douche: average position rating 5.2
Likely team record 7-10, 8-9, 9-8
The offensive line will be deficient in protecting the QB and opening run lanes resulting in mediocre overall production from good WR and RB units. The defensive line and linebackers will struggle to stop the run and generate mediocre pass pressure at best, putting more stress on an above average secondary to get stops. The Special Teams play (not including Dickson) will be subpar.

Dtrain: average position rating 6.7
Likely team record 10-7, 11-6
An improved, but mediocre, offensive line and decent TE play will allow an outstanding WR corps and good RB group to have bigger impacts than a year ago. The D line will excel at plugging gaps vs the run and generating pressure up the middle although it is questionable how much support they will get in run stopping and pass rushing from mediocre LBs and Safeties. Pass coverage should be better. Special Teams will be decent overall.

Sibelius Hindemith: average position rating 5.8
Likely team record 8-9, 9-8, 10-7
The interior O line will struggle with a weak FA signing and rookie at OG and Olu at Center. The TE group will provide next to no receiving threat and mediocre blocking. WR unit is still good, but Lockett may continue to drop off and RBs are great but will likely get injured trying to break tackles near the LoS. The D line will be decent all-around and the LBs better than average, with run support being a weakness. Secondary will be mediocre at best, Special Teams decent with better return guys.

Captain 96: average position rating 5.6
Likely team record 8-9, 9-8
Improved offensive line play will lead to greater production from offense, with the passing game benefiting the most despite QB deficiencies. The defensive line will be above average but weak safety and linebacker units will fail to clean up adequately when things break down up front. The cornerbacks will do a decent job of locking down receivers and giving the DL and Edge guys more time to harass opposing QBs. Special Teams will be mediocre.

Michael K.: average position rating 6.0
Likely team record 9-8, 10-7
A declining level of play at QB will be offset by improved blocking by the O line and tight ends. RBs should benefit from that as well along with improved playcalling that better utilizes their strengths. A stronger D line will be able to clog up the middle of the field but likely won't get much help from the ILBs and Safeties behind them in tracking down ball carriers that get through or around. The CB group will be good and hopefully play more aggressively under the new coaches. ST will be good.

maoling: average position rating 6.8
Likely team record 10-7, 11-6, 12-5
Behind mediocre to decent blocking by both the OL and TEs, the outstanding RB and WR groups will put up improved numbers and more points on the board. The defensive line will be good along with the secondary leading to an abundance of stuffed runs and successfully defended pass plays, but a mediocre LB group might struggle to lend adequate support beyond the LoS. They will also be good on special teams.

Why do you think special teams will be mediocre? Historically they have been pretty good, not a Jay Harbaugh fan?
In Rick Gosselin’s annual special teams rankings, Seattle came in at No. 6 for the 2023 season, scoring 300 points. At the top of the list were the Texans, while the Rams were on the bottom. That’s the third straight year that the Seahawks have finished high on Gosselin’s list, a credit to the work of special teams coordinator Larry Izzo.
Schneider stepped down from his position as main ST coordinator, Izzo took the reins in 2021. The Seahawks have had a top-10 ranked special teams unit in DVOA every season under his watch. Seattle’s kick and punt coverage units were notable bright spots during his tenure.

Interesting, i knew the punt coverage was decent but i think Dickson puts them in a position to succeed by where he places the ball.
