Wouldn't make me happy. We go LSU LB early, and it isn't a pass rusher? So, my vote is that you will win. We will draft KJ's replacement...I will be pissed, and it will work out!
Patrick Queen
OLB LSU
Relative Athletic Score (RAS): 8.00
Career Snapshot: First-year starter who made 85 tackles (12 for loss) with three sacks and two pass breakups as a junior in 2019. Started four games as a sophomore and made 40 tackles (five for loss) with one sack.
Positives: Explosive run-defending linebacker who plays tough, nasty football. Aggressive, fires up the field and viciously attacks opponents. Rarely off his feet, breaks down well and fluidly moves laterally. Flies around the action to make positive plays. Effectively quarterbacks the defense and gets his teammates in proper position.
Negatives: Despite his forty time, possesses average pursuit speed and struggles to catch ball carriers from the backside. Tackles a little bit high. Possesses poor ball skills and faceguards too much in coverage.
Analysis: Queen comes off a tremendous campaign in which he doubled his production numbers in almost every area last season, which prompted him to turn pro. He's more of a two-down defender and while I think Queen can produce at the next level, I don't see a prospect with a high upside.

dare i say "Sweetness" was Walter Payton, not Mr. Sanders. but that works too!Sexymarinersfan wrote: ↑Thu Apr 23, 2020 3:44 pmI cannot tell you how many times he bailed out Joe Burrow for us last year. He absolutely destroyed Alabama! I would love having him as a nice check down weapon for Russell Wilson, that could move the chains. He has flashes that remind me of dare I say, "Sweetness"(Barry Sanders).

Overview
While other Tigers received more attention, Queen has some of the most eye-opening tape of the bunch. He plays fast, physical and with impressive field confidence for a one-year starter. His ability to diagnose and flow are both very rapid, and he operates with excellent body control and balance to gobble up runners as an open-field tackler. His inexperience will show itself in taking on blocks and finding optimal pursuit angles, but that will get cleaned up in time. Queen is next up from LSU's linebacker factory, possessing the same three-down ability to hunt, cover and tackle as those before him. He's an early starter with a sky-high ceiling.

Man. I could put a $100 in a safe deposit box in Fort Knox guarded by a dozen green beret fighters and I would have more chance of losing it than I did in this contest.
