Gave it to Doornink 29 times and now they are afraid to give it to Walker more than 15 times. lolDavidGee24 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 10, 2025 8:21 pmI believe that 12 passes is the least that the Hawks have ever thrown in a regular season game. The only other game I can recall that was comparable was the playoff game against the Raiders in 1984 and sure enough, Dave Krieg threw only 10 passes in that game. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/ ... 220sea.htm They handed the ball to Dan Doornink 29 times, David Hughes 14 times, and bored the Raiders into a 13-7 victory. A lot different than yesterday's game.

Yep, I was all about how they played the majority of the second half yesterday. What possible reason would they have had to do anything else? It was kind of cool watching us just line up and run it, even though they knew it was coming!trharder wrote: ↑Mon Nov 10, 2025 11:42 pm
I'm on the record as saying I don't want the Seahawks "to go turtle" as soon as they get the lead, but what I meant is like a 10-14 point lead.
There's also a difference when the "bleeding the clock" run game is actually moving the chains. If you can run the ball effectively late in the
game with the lead, you are going to win. period. I'm hoping we don't see Sam backed up against the endzone much in the future...

Supposedly there are ongoing issues with his foot, they are trying to keep him healthyD-train wrote: ↑Tue Nov 11, 2025 12:28 amGave it to Doornink 29 times and now they are afraid to give it to Walker more than 15 times. lolDavidGee24 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 10, 2025 8:21 pmI believe that 12 passes is the least that the Hawks have ever thrown in a regular season game. “They’re trying to manage Kenneth Walker through the entire season with a foot issue that he has had since August,” Bell said. “When I got to Green Bay, I learned that Walker’s foot injury in the summer that was causing him to miss practices in training camp is related to the high ankle sprain that he had in December last year that he ended up on injured reserve

A high ankle sprain from December is limiting him the next November. Maybe he should just come out with a sign that says my next contract will be for the league minimum?

This has to be the biggest pre Thanksgiving game in team history, right?
