I take it back. Houston could do it easily.
Also it doesnt have to be all return value this year, could use picks from 2024. Would love to get Houston's #1 in 24 where you have Caleb Williams and Drake Maye joined by the likes of Penix and Nix.

Here is the dream scenario...how the Hawks get the #1 pick

https://www.fieldgulls.com/2022/12/27/2 ... on-chicago

If the Seahawks got #1 I believe they would trade it to a team with Qb issues
#1 pick is worth 3000 so there isn't a team that would able to come up with enough to make a fair trade.
Sure there is there is always a way. We are not the only team with multiple 1st rounders and picks are still fluid but if I could maneuver from #1 to 3 or 4 and still get difference maker it is I don't want to go to the calc but I am sure a 2023 say #3/1st Rd., mid first 2023 2nd and 2024 1st,2nd and 3rd and if that is still not a derby winner maybe you could find a salary relief dump from our side or maybe they have a decent guy that fits for us. It is fun to dream about the luxury though.

Like I said Houston could do it but that's it unless you get pretty creative. Lions would have to throw in more picks from later rounds and or 2024.

I'd be talking to Houston regarding trading our second, 1st round pick, to them for their 2024 first round pick. I could live with Gino for another year knowing there are at least four QB's coming out in 2024 that could be difference makers.

I think it wiuld be a mistake to both sign Geno to a multi-year extension and to draft a QB with a high pick.

Just throwing it out there... make a trade to BAL for Huntley.

That's why you franchise him.

Not a huge Geno fan but he has a QB rating of 103 vs. 76 for Huntley.
