But I thought you said they cut Brown because they are that confident in DK's progress. Any second thoughts on that?

Re: Roster moves
They had 52 on the roster pending the finalization of the Clowney trade. Then they have also added Brown and Bellore. So they had to free up 2 additional roster spots. One was by putting Ed Dickson on 8 week IR.
Or were you asking why Calitro and not someone else? I'm surprised it wasn't BBK instead, actually.

Re: Roster moves
DK might be healthy enough to go, but I don't think they want to risk it so they will probably not use him much against the Bengals. That would be my guess as to why they re-signed Brown. I'm kind of surprised that no other team picked him up off waivers.ThePro wrote: ↑Tue Sep 03, 2019 2:04 amThey did being Brown back.. Re: Roster moves
I think it was a similar situation to Geno who didn't have to clear waivers to become an FA due to his vet status. Another wink and a nod type move.

Re: Roster moves
you mean with the player?...sure, they were in contact with his agent that they planned to resign him, but if another team had wanted him they are going to take a shot at him

Re: Roster moves
So they now have 7 WR's and 5 RB's. That's a bit surprising. 25 players on offense and 25 on defense.

Re: Roster moves
Now that I think of it, why the hell wouldn't it be Shaquem G? I thought he was on the roster initially so that they could IR him, but apparently they plan to use him. All he can do is punt/kick coverage.HawkandMariner88 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 03, 2019 3:33 amyes why Calitro?Sibelius Hindemith wrote: ↑Tue Sep 03, 2019 1:58 amThey had 52 on the roster pending the finalization of the Clowney trade.
