That would be a huge loss if he misses any significant time.

So how isn't Charbs on the PUP list if McIntosh is. Maybe he already is??

Not going to lie, it annoys me when these guys have nagging injuries from the season before, get done playing in February, and then have surgery in August! Sure smells like guys that want an extended break before the season. If the knee was bothering him so much he needed "clean up" surgery in August, how hard was he actually training all spring?

The "new" PUP list is actually ok in traing camp. It basically gives the reason a guy ain't practicing in camp. Any time they want to activate him they can. Now if you get on it for t he season you must miss 4 weeks.

That's what I assumed, but Chuck Arnold of KJR's mofningcshow seemed to think Charbonnet has to miss regular season games now. My understanding was that they get put on preseason PUP in order that they will be eligible to go on reg season PUP if need be.

I'm less concerned with him being on the PUP list than I am in finding out he is on the PUP list because he waited until July to have clean up surgery for something that was bothering him last year.

I think it was thd ankle he injured twice last season. He was trying to rehab it this offseason.
