A group led by the family of Sun Microsystems co-founder Vinod Khosla just bought the reigning Super Bowl champions. All the other offseason news is about losses as running back Kenneth Walker, outside linebacker Boye Mafe and defensive backs Coby Bryant and Tariq Woolen are all gone via free agency. A repeat is not going to be easy.

Oh no, we have a new owner and replaced an aging RB with a Rookie. Bryant is the only loss that even stings a LITTLE! Bulletin board stuff from the Athletic. Keep um coming....

I get the Rams being #1. They won the Off Season and they do not give three squirts about after next year. But the rest of them?

Denver at 2? The Bills at 3 and the same Pats team that we destroyed at 4? Come on.

Added Dante Fowler also and Mills being healthy could be a big addition as well.

Imagine falling into the SB, via the weakest schedule in years and injuries, only to get completely destroyed by every metric, in a game that wasn't even as close as the score, and then, somehow, you get ranked higher than the team that destroyed you.

Now imagine someone taking that "writer" seriously. Laziness at it's peak. From what I am hearing/seeing from training camp this team is fucking locked and loaded and looking hungry. I am not at all worried about any of this. We won't be perfect, but the way that offense is looking, all those weapons, that oline, add in that defense. I'm just kicking back smiling, laughing at all the Lambs hype. Let 'em have it. They are worrried, they are nervous, and they should be.

Seattle outplayed expectations last year - this was the year we were gonna peak. I still think it is. Imagine that and ignore the noise of the usual morons. These writers are the equivalent of packing peanuts, empty calories - they have no real value. They do no real homework, no analysis. They are lazy.

Gonna be fun watching the Lambs underperform expectations while teh Seahawks ignore the noise and take care of bizness.

What guys like this hee-haw seem to forget is that we have a LOT of really young players who just gained a valuable year's experience.

That's the one regret about our championship, we didn't get to win it against the best team. The Broncos with a healthy Bo Nix would have been a better opponent. This is why 43-8 against the best offense of all time is the Greatest Seattle Game Ever.

And this isn't the first time the Patriots have ruined the Super Bowl matchup. I wonder if the 1985 Bears have the one regret that they didn't get the Dolphins (the only team to beat them that year) in the Super Bowl because they blew the AFC Championship against the Patriots.

Whats funny is its clickbait for an article they aren't letting you read. I would have been curious about their read on the Patriots. Fifth has been where they have been ranked in terms of SB odds isn't it? But its been LA, Denver, Buffalo and Baltimore. I was surprised to see the Ravens ahead of them and the Pats seems odd too. But who knows, that was last season, this is a new season. MM will tell you that himself, new season, new team. Its not running it back, its running it forward

Here is ESPN fpi ranking. Im not sure what this is but it seems to be a preseason power ranking. Its LA, Buffalo, Baltimore, Seattle, SF. Both Denver and NE are pretty far down the list
