Agree with most AA, but sorry, the McDowell and Penny picks were both reaches. The only reason the McDowell move wasn't crippling is, as I remember it, the moved down and added picks. But, I could be wrong.

Do we draft late? Sure. Is that a disadvantage? Of course....all the more reason not to make questionable selections there because you think you are smarter than everyone else. It hasn't panned out so is of course worth critiquing.

I mean, who watches this offense and is thankful we passed on 2 Georgia backs for one from SD State?

I just don't understand how John's evaluation has changed in the draft over the years. Especially at Running back. Hope it gets better. At least not catastrophic.
