Pete Carroll said there were no health issues with Rashaad Penny, who was active yesterday but didn't play. Said "we just didn't get enough carries'' to get Penny in the game.

At this point, I would think that the Penny experiment has to be summed up as nothing but a failure.

Yeah, inexcusable.
