He’s got the talent to be a Hall of Fame-type player,” the quarterback said after the Seahawks’ second training-camp practice Friday.

He’s worthy of it,” coach Pete Carroll commented after the first day of training camp on Thursday. “He’s an extraordinary athlete and what a tremendous addition to our club.

But this spring, he was more than merely a physical specimen. Wilson pointed to Metcalf's football knowledge when asked what about the rookie wide receiver has stood out most.
"Everybody knows about his ability to run and everything else, and jump and catch and all that," Wilson said. "You guys have been talking about that for months, but I think more than anything else, it's his brain and how he processes information and how quickly he understands it. He's really intelligent. He really understands the game really well. He takes coaching really well. He gets extra work. He's a legit pro wide receiver. He's everything that everybody was talking about in terms of what he's capable of and more."

DK has been scorching the DBs
Yeah, it definitely pumps us up. And we are going to let him have (Saturday’s practice). And then after that, that’s over with,” Wright said, with a playful grin.
“We’re going to step-kick with him, lock him out. If he comes across the middle we are going to give him a nice, little love tap. And, so, it’s going to stop here soon.”
So they get to be more physical. What if they still can't stop him?

Wright better be careful what he wishes for.

So good.
This is what I am praying for. First play of the season on O for the Hawks. Of course the D will be expecting us to establish the run. Call a God damn flea flicker to DK.

That's a good one.. Deep ball definitely. I want them to hit one w/o the play action. You know like the D knew it was coming and couldn't stop it anyway.
