Re: Lynch
He could have done a video report from the jail. That would have been pretty creative.
Re: Lynch
Claims he stole the car but doesn't use drugs or alcohol. And the car was missing a tire. Wow.
TMZ is all over it, as usual.

Re: Lynch
I just watched the cop-cam video.
I think Lynch can sue the shit out of that department of law enforcement.
The car WAS parked properly.
The car WASN'T moving.
If the car wasn't supposed to be there, it would be towed or impounded, not the driver arrested.
The cops didn't have probable cause to search the vehicle, let alone pull him out to search it.
They are screwed.

If you are in the drivers seat of a parked vehicle smelling like alcohol then its probable cause for a DUI.Walla Walla Dawg II wrote: ↑Fri Aug 12, 2022 3:02 pmI just watched the cop-cam video.

Re: Lynch
A legally parked vehicle.
What are they going to accuse him of......maybe driving a car while drunk.
Maybe he was out the night before looking for his car since he loaned it to a buddy.
He was drinking while WALKING around looking for it.
He found it about the time he passed out, lucky for him the door was open.
He went to sleep in the car.
So if he was passed out in the gutter next to the car he would be fine?
The law can be an absurd pile of crap in some cases.
The cops cannot prove anything so why investigate...let alone pull him out of the car for impeding an investigation.
