Nope. It took a couple simulations to figure out how the trades offers work which wasn't difficult. It also offers an image button to save an image of the draft.

What is unrealistic I suppose is trading of picks with teams and increasing so much draft capital as if it was some sort of draft pick printing press machine.

This one is my favorite so far....
