Salk with some interesting takes. An odd one though when he says he hopes McIntosh has a role. He could be RB3. Minimal chance he isn't on the roster imo.

When we do scenario planning we usually forecast an upside, base case and downside. I will do that with the 10 picks. Salk said 7 should have immediate roles. I think it could be higher unless there are injuries. I mean which of these guys don't have any chance at an immediate role???

Downside/Base Case/Upside

1a. Weatherspoon: Doesn't start but in the CB rotation playing about half the snaps/Starter with a solid season/Pro Bowler and ROY candidate

1b. JSN: 4th WR with about 25 receptions/3rd WR with about 50 receptions/Probowler and ROY candidate with about 75 receptions

2a. Hall: Rotational piece playing about 30% of snaps and 3 sacks/Starter by year end 5 sacks/Immediate starter 8 sacks

2b. ZC: RB3 with 200 yards on 50 carries/RB2 500 yards on 120 carries/RB1 by year end 800 yards on 180 carries

4a. Bradford: Backup RG only playing about 10% of snaps/Starting RG by end of season playing 50% of snaps/Wins starting job and plays 90% of snaps

4b. Young: Backup NT only playing about 10% of snaps/Starting NT by end of season playing 50% of snaps/Wins starting job and plays 90% of snaps

5a. Morris: Backup DT only playing about 10% of snaps/Starting DT by end of season playing 50% of snaps/Wins starting job and plays 90% of snaps

5b. Olu: Backup C only playing about 10% of snaps/Starting C by end of season playing 50% of snaps/Wins starting job and plays 90% of snaps

6. Reed: Practice Squad/Backup Slot CB or Safety playing about 25% of snaps/Starter by end of season plays 50% of snaps on the season

7. McIntosh: Practice Squad/RB4 200 yards on 25 carries/RB3 500 yards on 120 carries.

With the rate at which Seahawk RBs get injured McIntosh will likely be the starter by week 11.

lol Penny and Carson are gone. After his training camp injury Walker was healthy. DJ hasn't had any injuries that I can recall either.

Zach only missed a couple games his last two seasons and Kenny played 28. Georgia played 15 just one less than NFL non playoff teams prior to last season.

Walker missed several games in the middle of the season. I can't remember what the injury was though. Dallas missed a couple games too with ankle and quad issues.

Here it is...
Seattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III suffered an ankle injury in Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Rams.

During the third quarter, the team confirmed he wouldn't return. The 2022 second-round pick ran for 36 yards on three carries before exiting.

Walker took over as Seattle's primary ball-carrier in Week 6 after Rashaad Penny fractured his fibula the previous week and was ruled out for the remainder of the season. Entering Sunday, he had run for 613 yards and nine touchdowns on 135 carries. He also caught 19 passes for 116 yards.

The impact of Walker's injury was exacerbated by DeeJay Dallas picking up an ankle injury of his own, which left him doubtful to return against the Rams.

Walker had 3 carries in that game on 12/3, then missed the next game and had 12 carries in the one after that.
