This is pretty funny. This was a HS classmate of mine. Same grade so born in 1966 or 1967. He retired after the 1965 season. :lol:

RIP Great One.

I cried when he got greased by a Kraut at the end of The Dirty Dozen in 1967, when the matinee in Jacksonville Florida cost .35 cents. I loved me some Jefferson.

And at the movies, the black kids had to sit in the balcony, while the white kids sat on the main level. This gave the black kids the opportunity to throw popcorn on us lol.

Have to agree with you. His performance in The Dirty Dozen was fantastic.
