OT - 2024 Playoffs
OT - 2024 Playoffs
So I had to subscribe to Peacock to get the fucking playoffs that used to be free on my OTA antenna.
The Browns have been learning how to tackle by watching the Seahawks.

Re: OT - 2024 Playoffs
I'm so jealous of the Texans for having CJ Stroud.
Re: OT - 2024 Playoffs
Just when I finally woke up to hearing Joe Flaco was a thing again, he goes down in spectacular fashion.
Re: OT - 2024 Playoffs
I thought about all those "Thee Ohio St. U." QBs all flopping at the NFL level but Stroud has been pretty good to buck that trend.
Re: OT - 2024 Playoffs
I thought I would put this here.
Does anybody else hate the freaking scatter buck shot effect of scattering sports and games to every possible streaming service.
I just learned that Peacock paid the NFL 110M for this single playoff game. I had the PAC12 network games, ESPNs affiliates, Apple, MLB network, PAramount, Prime, and who knows what else.
I dumped Peacock a couple months back because there wasn't anything on it worth watching.
Just bitching and moaning.

Re: OT - 2024 Playoffs
Yeah I paid $400 to watch 12 Seahawk games. Not having PLAYOFF games on network TV or ESPN is insane.Pharmabro wrote: ↑Sun Jan 14, 2024 2:00 amI thought I would put this here.

It's nice to know I'm not the only one. For me it's just another example of Roger Goodell being an idiot.
The NFL enjoys the best ratings of any TV shows. It is one of the strongest brands in the world.
The ad dollars those games could have generated on mainstream TV was huge. To sell out to Peacock and shit
all over their brand consumers is, IMO, dumb as fuck. They had already taken a hit during the woke covid days.
They didn't learn anything and obviously don't care.
