Not surprising.
At least Earl went out breaking his leg. These guys went out avoiding tackles. Can't even call what they did last year safety play.

And this after Schneider restructured Adam's contract in a way that increased the cap hit.

I wonder how much Pete's tenure would have looked different if they had just resisted the urge to trade for high profile guys. Between Jimmy Graham, Percy Harvin and Jamal Adams, they gave up four 1st round picks and a 3rd round pick.

Something to ponder. That was a lot to give up for very little in return.
