They power the ice maker in the freezer but that is a lot because I drink five 16 oz cocktails a night.

It's looking pretty good but not final yet. Hopefully will be this week. If not I am moving to Arizona. I have a remote consulting gig lined up for back up...
When we were there for there for ST a couple weeks ago we saw really nice brand new houses in the $500s that I should be able to buy with the proceeds from this house.

Brother we are currently enduring a biblical Noreaster with MASSIVE wind and rain that is going to last for 2.5 DAYS in April. Our little Beach looks like the North Shore of Oahu. We have an open house this weekend and Snow is in the forecast IN FUCKING APRIL. Only a stark RAVING FUCKING LUNATIC wouldn't want to move from Boston to SD and thankfully she is not that. lol

As am I. They weather is Horrible but the worst is the Time Zone. I despise it to my Core.
