Waldron lasted 9 games with the Bears, confirming that he didn't just suck in Pete Carroll's offense, he simply isn't a successful OC.
Good luck, Shane.

I think they blew it deciding that a guy that was pretty unsuccessful in his first stint as an OC should take over a team with a rookie QB. I'm telling you though, go watch the tape that is out there of the dogshit effort the WRs there are making. Odunze is the only one not called out for it.

I'm really frustrated I can't find the video I saw basically ripping on Cole Kmet, Keenan Allen and DJ Moore for flat out not trying. The video was damning. So, the players decide to stop giving effort, Calab is getting killed because of it, and the OC is fired. Was Waldron in over his hear? I am sure he was, but sorry....the players have quit. Maybe that's on the OC, but how many chances does Eberflus get? I heard on the radio this morning that the last three QBs the Bears have had all two OC's in two years. Hell, Williams is going to have two in one!

Interesting
here's an opinion
Shane Waldron was fired for not developing rookie quarterback Caleb Williams properly and for having poor passing concepts, according to experts.
Mike Greenberg on ESPN’s Get Up explains that those in the field who understand the intricacies of the quarterback position have told him that “they are not doing any of the right things to develop [Williams].”
He says they the offensive team has been giving him plays that a 10-year seasoned quarterback, not a rookie, should be running. They are “accentuating the flaws and not taking advantage of things he does well.”
Retired QB Dan Orlovsky also knocked the bad passing concepts of the Bears in a ESPN segment on November 5. He says that poor timing and rhythm with the offense have led to a lot of wasted opportunities.

Lazy ass route running by Diva WRs doesn't help either. DJ Moore is a douche. Litteraly sat down on the bench while his QB was running for his life. He ain't that good that he is worth having around after that, IMO. Cancer.

I didn't realize this. They fired everybody, wow
After three straight losses led them to a 4-5 record, Chicago is cleaning house. On Tuesday, Nov. 12, all 13 of head coach Matt Eberflus’ assistants, including Seattle’s former offensive coordinator Shane Waldron, were fired

Maybe they should have fired Eberflus(my predictive text sent out Uber Flush for his name
) as well as fire everyone.

Flush is what they should do with him. Can't believe they fired everyone BUT him. Should have fired him and kept everyone else.
