Minkah Fitzpatrick?
1st rounder from Miami in 2018 and wants to be traded.
Guy is one of the better corners in the NFL... excels in the slot.
With Ahmadi going down, could the Hawks look to the land the young buck?
Through October last year, he allowed the lowest passer rating of any corner in the league (100 min. snaps). In 2018, he was ranked first in completion percentage allowed, first in passer rating allowed, and ninth in coverage grade among corners (PFF).

Re: Minkah Fitzpatrick?
Amadi (shoulder) was a full participant at Thursday's practice, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Amadi suffered a shoulder injury in Week 1's win over the Bengals, and looks as if he will be able to suit up Sunday against the Steelers, barring a setback. He should offer depth at the safety position and log snaps on special teams.
Re: Minkah Fitzpatrick?
Yes upgrade. Player and a pick I’d be fine with.

Re: Minkah Fitzpatrick?
Would he be an upgrade over McDougald or Tedric?
Re: Minkah Fitzpatrick?
You are an upgrade over Tedric. I don't think SS is his bedt position. But he would be a upgrade definitely at FS or nickel

I would love for this to happen but i feel like secondary is the position that Pete loves to draft and coach up on his own. I think he really sees potential in Hill, Tedric, Blair and Amadi

We have drafted mainly for need and value, but when you have the chance to trade for someone who is that gifted at that age, you pony up to the big boys table and let it ride...going all in.
Re: Minkah Fitzpatrick?
this move is even more of a no-brainer than dealing for JClown, presuming you can beat the other offers. I'd ship them a 2nd round right now, or even better, send Tedric with it. Now that Clowney is here, secondary has supplanted pass rush as the team's biggest weakness. even if you really like Lano Hill at SS, in which McDougal plays FS, you still hugely upgrade with Mincah as the slot corner, or as just plain depth at outside corner, if not even supplanting either of the starters. or pair with McDougal and sit Hill as a backup and ST player. best position is probably at FS, but i also really like Blair at SS, and McDougal good as well. But Blair cant be counted on becuase if not injury prone he is at least personal-foul ejection prone. and please dont give me Amadi - he's a 4th rounder for a reason (namely stature). trade for Mincah and you suddenly have some really solid depth with talent, youth, and versatility. how much better can you do with pick #64 after we hoist the Lombardi?
