Brilliant decision to go for it on 4th and 1 from their own 46 in a tie game. Can't make that shit up. That shows how little confidence Lake had in his D at that point in the game.

that was the right call, just didnt quite work out. OSU a lot better talent than most realize. have one back (Lowe) who is a husky transfer, down on
their depth chart as well. also have Harrison, a 4 star Husky recruit who chose Florida St before transferring - he got a key 3rd down for them but is likewise not a starter.

I didn't get to watch, but pretty sure I read that earlier in the game we gained three yards on a QB sneak. Hard to imagine it wouldn't work. Sounds like Jimmy is claiming we got screwed on the spot. Ironic...I doubt Beaver fans have much sympathy after the 4th down spot they got last year.

To me? It is two things. Piss poor play at Qb and horrific run defense. It is amazing they are 2 and 3. Had no business beating Cal. Shit, if Arkansas State did any scouting they would have realized that throwing it all over against us is stupid and simply run the ball.

Absolutely it was the right call, and the right play call. The QB sneak has been totally automatic the last several years. It just finally didn't work.

The season is lost and instead of Huard getting game experience he's going to come in cold next season...at another school if he's smart.
