Probably an undrafted practice squad guy. The prognosticators have him ranked in the low 20's among running backs. There were 18 Running backs drafted last year.
I wonder why he would go early. I guess he doesn't think he can improve on that.
I'll say 3rd-day pick and not a bad decision at that. no i dont think he really can improve his stock, and we all know how short the career cycle is for any NFL RB not named Frank Gore. I think Borghi is underrated, not surprising given that he A) plays in Pullman, and B) is white. He's a poor man's CMC (not the same power but similar speed and quickness) but probably closer to a Phillip Lindsey. Could be a great option as a 3rd down back catching balls out of the backfield.

Doesn't look like the Cougs will be planting a flag in El Paso today. Karma, still the undisputed heavy weight champion of the world.....

4th and 5 with the game on the line and the Coug WR runs a 4.5 yard route. Game over.

I wonder what the average IQ of football players are? 67?

Too bad Hardcore isn't here. The gamethread meltdown would have been a great warm-up to the New Year celebrations.

If you watch it, he actually ran the route past the sticks. The throw forced him to dive back and he came up short.

On a different note, did Borghi opt out? Figured he might risk that last day of the draft position he has worked so hard for?

He opted out. For some reason, be believes that he needs to 'train' for the draft and his future NFL team.

What's he estimated to go at.....29th-30th running back? How many RB's were taken the last few years.

At best he will be a free agent.

I know but like I said elsewhere, how about run a route that ensures wherever you catch it, its a first down. Why F around with the game on the line on fourth down.

The ball was in the air pretty quick. To be honest, I am not positive if it needed to be thrown that early or not. Never should have come to that Central Michigan tried about six times to give that game away. We must be real bad to get our asses kicked. All I heard was excuses about the backup QB playing. The starter played in the first half and got dominated. Not sure it would have even been a game if not for the backup QB! The Cougars looked dreadful.
