NBA Draft projections

Post by D-train » Thu Jun 20, 2019 9:32 pm

Projections for Washington, Gonzaga and local hopefuls.
When: 4 p.m. Thursday
Where: Barclays Center, Brooklyn, N.Y.
Watch: ESPN

11. Minnesota: Rui Hachimura (Gonzaga, PF, 6-8/235)
Skipped the NBA combine, which sparked speculation the Zags standout has a promise from a lottery team.

14. Boston: Brandon Clarke (Gonzaga, PF, 6-8/210)
The most NBA-ready prospect in the Northwest. Clarke will help on Day 1.

20. Boston: Kevin Porter Jr. (USC, SG, 6-5/215)
He’s got an NBA body and a James Harden jumper, but concerns about his maturity cloud his NBA forecast.

21. Oklahoma City: Matisse Thybulle (UW, SG, 6-6/200)
Premier perimeter defender much like OKC’s Andre Roberson, who is reportedly on the trading block.

45. Detroit: Jaylen Nowell (UW, SG, 6-4/200)
There’s a spot in this draft for the Pac-12 player of the year, who likely falls out of the first round and lands somewhere in the second.

pretty darn close on each of Hachimura (9), Thybulle (20) and Nowell (43). what will tomorrows lottery numbers be DT?

shocked that Kevin Porter didnt go till 30 - potential future all-star. anybody else notice one-time Dawg commit and former Nathan Hale one-year starter Jontay Porter in the mix for 2nd round selections? for all the hype he and his brother garnered, sure have underwhelmed.
