Would have been GENIUS. Except AZ is the ONE Pac 12 South school we were already scheduled to play! What're the odds?

Well, if we played Arizona this weekend it would free us up the week we were scheduled to play them and same with Aizona. That would at least give the CRAP 12 more flexibility to reschedule games that get cancelled.

The young kid looked good, got better as the game went on....but the Beavers are real bad, I mean REAL BAD. It still blows me away that we had the good fortune of having Smith lured away by the only team in America not coached by Chris Petersen that would have him, and the best we could do was to hire another one of Pete's buddies that had never called an offense before. The Beavers are bad, and John is probably soon to join Pete again, but this time he won't like it as much.

The Cougs feel pretty good about their defense, but once again, I think that might be a bit early since they beat the worst team in the Conference. That being said, if I was a Coug fan I would be very excited about the play calling on offense. They had two RBs carry the ball, and Borghi wasn't one of them. 20 carries for 196 yards! It is a seven game season. If Leach was still there they might not have had 196 yards rushing by week five!

Leach's new team is 2 and 4 in the SEC. In six games his two top RBs have 52 carries for 189 yards! As a team they have 100 carries for 129 yards! Yes, I know, in college the sacks count against your rushing yards. So, let's just look at the RBs totals. 70 carries for 240 yards! That breaks down to 40 yards per game on less than 12 carries! Ouch. I wonder how thrilled they are down there with the Pirate King?

Thanks. I saw the game starts at 11pm EST vs. the Beavers. I haven't stayed up until 2am for Beavers since the early 90s........

Anyone see that the Coug coach announced that they accomplished all this despite being over 30 some players short...then got pissed that the reporters wanted to know if COVID was an issue? He wouldn't say...and now it's reported there is at least one case!
