Iowa is the 4th best team in the Big 14. What does Michigan have to gain by competing with them for some idiotic title claim?
Exactly. They are pretty dumb. Mostly about making more money. The funny thing is, with the size of Conferences these days... it's funny how many of these games aren't rematches!

So if Michigan and Florida St win, which it appears they will, Michigan will be 1, we'll be 2 and Florida St will be 3 with their backup QB running a mediocre offense. We'd have to screw the pooch to not make it to the 'ship.

FSU and Atlanta. They have the worst cheer (the chop) in sports.

Won't be surprised if Texas jumps FSU. Might be going up against Sarkisian and then Harbaugh.

If FSU and Alabama and Michigan win, now that Texas has destroyed OSU for the B12 title, you HAVE to put them in over Bama.

Michigan
Washington
FSU
Texas

First out
Alabama
Georgia
OSU
This prediction is identical to mine:

I wasn't really impressed by either of those teams in that game. I think we can hang with anyone.
My only concern is People saying it isn't a real playoff without a SEC team.

Why the fuck couldn't they have expanded this years playoffs to 6 teams when they decided to expand to 12 in 2024? All this hullabaloo over which 1-loss teams should be in or out was totally unnecessary. NCAA is so pathetic.

Michigan
Washington
FSU
Texas
Alabama
Georgia/Ohio St

... would have been great.
8 would have been perfect. No byes and if we win it all then Oregon can say they are the #2 team in the country because they only lost to us. Just add them to the 7 above. #9 is 2 loss Missouri and not a soul on the planet would argue they should be in. Same with any of the other 2 loss teams. 12 is completely unnecessary and requires byes which are ridiculous. This is their 3rd try and they STILL didn't get it right. Clown Car org.

I forgot how much I hate the FSU tomahawk chant from the fans. It’s almost enough to make me hope they lose today but right now I think they are very beatable and at #3 we would play them in the Rosebowl
We will play #3 but not sure if it will be in the Rose.

A buddy of mine thinks the committee will love the story line of Sark versus UW, even thought we played last year. It makes sense, FSU doesn’t even belong in the Top 4 anyway, so four makes more sense. Be funny if it’s Bama, and Michigan actually gets a tougher first round matchup then us!

I think they’ll use FSU’s QB situation to bump them to at least 4, if not 5. Many are saying you can’t keep out the SEC Champ. Well? You can when you system allows for at least one Conference Champ to stay home every year because it’s a stupid system!

FSU won their conference championship game by 10 points. Texas won easily but over a 3 loss team. I don't think there is enough impetus for them to jump FSU....
