He had to be carted off the field but we're supposed to believe that he will be good to go for the CG. I don't buy it. Unless it was just a cramp, but then why didn't they get him off the field?
1. He couldn't get off the field, putting us at a HUGE disadvantage
2. He was carted into the Locker Room
3. He was on crutches after the game.

Michigan doesn't have any glaring holes on defense, but they don't really have any stars either. Kris Jenkins and Rod Moore are a couple of day 2 and 3 draft guys. The Huskies are the stronger team.

Kinda an interesting look at matchups

Was reading how Michigan's defense wasn't built to win a national championship, it was built to beat Ohio state which they have been doing. So the question is how closely does Washington mirror Ohio state.

Re: The Natty
I heard the other day that Alabama has more four and five star recruits that the entire Big 10. Not sure I buy that, but damn. I have to say, I have always felt the Big 10 is over rated, and tired of all the opt out excuses for their shitty Bowl Season. Opt outs or not, Ohio State is widely recognized as the next best team, and Iowa played in the Championship game. They played 8 quarters and scored 3 points this Bowl season! Iowa was shut out the last 8 quarters they played. Oh, and Penn State lost too!
Michigan played nobody this year until Bama, and Bama has a QB that wouldn’t start for most PAC 12 teams. Watching him miss receivers one on one just a few hours before Penix was dropping dimes!?

Ohio State has the 47th ranked offense in the country. They just forced out their QB and the best job he could find was at Syracuse. The Ohio State offense that Michigan beat is Nothing like Washington's.Donn Beach wrote: ↑Sat Jan 06, 2024 10:43 amKinda an interesting look at matchups

Michigan hasnt played any one like us, not Ohio State, not Bama, not Penn State. They played East Carolina, UNLV, and Bowling Green in Non Conference. The scored 49 points on Michigan St. One TD on defense. We scored 41, all on offense. But we completely took the foot off the gas. We scored five offensive TDs in the first half. We kicked two FGs after the half. Michigan kept the throttle down and scored 21 after the break. The Big 10 hasn’t seen anything like us.Captain 97 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 06, 2024 6:36 pmOhio State has the 47th ranked offense in the country. Re: The Natty
Not sure why anyone thinks what Michigan did in 2021 is relevant to this game. There is not a single starter for that defense that is on the current team.
