No real source to back this, but a buddy of mine who is a HUGE Dawg fan and follows this pretty close said he had heard that Odunze and J Mac were pretty much going to be a package deal. If one goes, they both go, one stays...they both stay. Crossing my fingers. My gut says they will stay. Odd for a guy like Penix to come back and his #2 Receiver come back, but the #1 go Pro. But, it's also odd that this many kids pass on NFL money. I am hoping that means we have some boosters coming up with NIL money.

Re: The “Here We Go Portal, Here We Go” Thread
I am excited. I was excited about this year. Before the season I told my son we had a shot at 8 or 9 wins, looking at our schedule. Never would have imagined we'd win 10 AND that would be a bit disappointing. With the defensive kids that got healthy at the end of the year? I can't help but believe that with that below average defense that finished the season, we don't beat ASU and maybe even UCLA. The future is very bright!
I would have liked a QB in this class, but my hope is that Huard makes huge strides in his second year with DeBoer and becomes the man his Junior year. That gives us time to add with the portal, but more importantly? Start the recruits coming in.

I know. Either he was an amazing Beach volleyball player on his island our our DBs sucked. lolMichael K. wrote: ↑Thu Dec 22, 2022 10:24 pmThat usually means he bats it down at the LOS or in his pass rush. I doubt it is from being in coverage. But still, you'd like to see a DB with more pass breakups than the DT with pass swats.

We appear to be getting really solid everywhere. Not sure about linebacking but the secondary is looking much better on paper.
