Settling for a long ass FG there is trying to take heat off themselves. Pete did the same shit. He'd settle for a long FG from the Blair Witch project, so then everyone would blame Blair and not his dumbass bullshit.

Gross has never hit anything longer than 47, so fucking Fisch completes two passes....to get him to 55. Now that fucking asshole will blame Grady. I'm done with that dude. His real is extremely poorly coached.

We didn't lose the game; we just ran out of time.

Given the way that Washington has struggled in just ridiculous ways in this game, it’s fair for folks to question Fisch and the Washington Husky coaching staff right now.

This is one Husky fan he has lost. Lost me after the Apple Cup, and proved me right tonight. Hopefully he leaves soon...it's kind of his calling card.

I'd like to know if there has ever been a team before that racked up 520 yards of offense and failed to score 20 points.

I'd also like to know if there has ever been a team before that outgained the other team by 223 yards and lost the game.
You would think for that to happen there would need to be some defensive scores or at least a couple of turnovers giving the other team a short field. This game had no turnovers. It didn't even have any long returns.

It's really mind boggling how they managed to play so well and then choke at almost every crucial moment.

In the post-game it sounded like Fisch was blaming the players again. Poor execution, missed field goals, penalties, etc.

Or? Zero discipline, foolish play calling, zero emotion...

This has to be the most self-destructive team UW has ever had.
Poor play calling
Penalties
Just shitty decisions

And I do remember the 2008 season....other teams were just better coached and had better players.

Just WOW.

Now? The other teams are just better coached. This is a shit show. They have zero answers and can’t fix the problems they’ve had since game one. Time to bench Rogers and just see what the kid has the rest of the year. This team ain’t making a Bowl Game. They MIGHT beat UCLA, but I don’t see them even beating Indiana on the road and zero shot at Iowa, Penn State or Oregon. Three more wins to become Bowl eligible, and I’ll be shocked if they win 2.

Michigan at home? Come on.
At Iowa? Nope
At Indiana? Serious doubts
USC at home? No chance.
At Penn State for their white out game? I had that as a loss before I knew we sucked this bad.
UCLA at home? Maybe
At Oregon? Oh My God…the sting of three in a row? They might score 70 on us like the bad old days.

I knew there would be growing pains…but this is putrid.
