UW Football Game 4, Christopher Robin & The Poo Bears

Post by Walla Walla Dawg II » Thu Sep 23, 2021 1:15 pm

Why is it, that the Bears always play our Dawgs tough? Well that has been the case over the last 20 years. I remember back in the 80's & 90's this would [almost] be a guaranteed victory for our Dawgs.

Our Offense looked decent against the Red Wolves, so, is anyone convinced that we have our offensive issues figured out?

Is our Defense good enough to stop a power 5 team?

We start to find out this Saturday at 6:30.
(I know it's different for you DT, you're special)

I still don't know how anyone could guess point on a game with so many question marks, but I'd say a low-scoring game:

Didn't Lake fire him?

24-17 Cal. Even in scoring 52 points, I wasn’t all that impressed by a lot that the offense did.

I think this game will be within one score. Cal's offense is not very high powered and I think they will have trouble scoring.

No, I can’t remember if he left with Sark to USC, or if he left to take the Cal job. I feel like Petersen tried to keep him, but don’t completely remember.

Yep, one year. But was the DC with Sark in SC before that. Who knows what would have happened if CP had gotten his way and Wilcox stayed here? Maybe we don't have Mistake By The Lake?

That's not how I remember it. I thought that Pete decided not to keep him.
